Excerpt
from a letter of
Amre
Moussa, Secretary General,
League of Arab States, 17 July 2003
"this
volume comes at an opportune time, and should
therefore be disseminated effectively to universities
throughout the region. It is my sincere conviction that
the book will
emerge as a valuable resource for both scholars and
students aiming
to better understand the factors affecting contemporary
regional
security in the Euro-Mediterranean region".
